AJ Wagner has been active in real estate since 1968 (she started as a child).  In 1973 she attained her Real Estate Brokers license and started her own company.  In 1981 AJ and Jerry formed a partnership and started Rainbow Realty.

Although AJ is the Broker of Rainbow Realty, she enjoys working with both buyers and sellers and assisting them in finding the "Home of their Dreams."  AJ and Jerry often team up to provide better service.

As a Broker AJ works closely with all Rainbow Associates to assure transactions are as trouble free as possible.

Jerry Wagner was active in Real Estate in California prior to moving to Hot Springs in 1975.  In 1978 Jerry was inducted into the coveted National Board of Realtors Million Dollar Club.

Jerry is the only member of the Million Dollar Club who has consistently produced in excess of a Million Dollars in sales each year since 1978.  Jerry is also a lifetime member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club.  Jerry's empathy for people and his desire to match them with their "Dream Home" is the reason he has been one of Hot Springs leading Realtors for over 25 years.

Jerry has specialized in Lake Front property since 1977 and has a large following of potential lake front buyers and sellers.

Martha Blackwell is a native Arkansan. She has been a licensed REALTOR since 1977 with 15 years in the Hot Springs area.  She is a graduate of The Realtor Institute and attended UALR and the National Institute of Banking.  Over 15 years in the financial field and her close association with lenders in the area help her to answer her clients financial questions regarding real estate.  She is active in several civic organizations and teaches English as a second language to several nationalities at the present time.  She loves helping people find just the right property to fulfill their real estate dream.

Jerry Hubert was born in Baton Rouge in 1957.  After vacationing in Hot Springs in the early '60's, his family moved to Arkansas in 1967 where he has resided ever since.  He is a 1975 graduate of Lakeside High School and attended Arkansas State University on a music scholarship.  As a homeowner he understand the importance and realizes the contentment of home ownership and is eager to assist others in finding their dream homes.
